From expanding our operations to making a meaningful impact through our projects and partnerships, Greener Source 2024 was filled with progress and purpose. Here\u2019s a look back at some of our highlights.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Two Warehouses, 40,000 Additional Square Feet<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, we expanded our capabilities with a new warehouse, adding 40,000 square feet of storage and processing space. Alongside our parent company, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abettersource.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Better Source<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, this growth allows us to serve more companies through decommissions and organizations with donations. This upgrade allows us to better streamline logistics and improve the way we <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agreenersource.com\/how-it-works\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">repurpose<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and donate office furniture to communities in need.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1392\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1392\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1392 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/api.agreenersource.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ags-blog-image-01-1024x686.jpg\" alt=\"office chairs stacked in office\" width=\"1024\" height=\"686\" srcset=\"https:\/\/api.agreenersource.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ags-blog-image-01-1024x686.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/api.agreenersource.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ags-blog-image-01-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/api.agreenersource.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ags-blog-image-01-768x514.jpg 768w, https:\/\/api.agreenersource.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ags-blog-image-01.jpg 1284w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1392\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">With additional storage, we\u2019re able to donate larger quantities, like the 200 task chairs here to the Dominican University of California. In 2024, we made over 320 donations to beneficiaries.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Before &amp; After: Transforming spaces<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of our favorite transformations in 2024 involved partnering with educational and community groups to furnish their shared spaces, offices, work areas, and more. We helped turn empty or overcrowded and inefficient spaces into vibrant and functional environments, complete with desks, chairs, lounge furniture, and more, fostering a productive and welcoming atmosphere for their community programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%; margin: 0 auto;\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2024 Year in Review: How Greener Source Impacted Communities and the Environment\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CUU_Ihy2VlA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>A Significant Project: Supporting Educational Institutions<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A standout project this year was our partnership with multiple schools, including Lynwood Elementary and Kehillah High School. By providing much-needed furniture for classrooms, libraries, and offices, we\u2019ve helped create spaces that foster learning and growth for students and staff alike. Seeing the smiles on their faces during pick-ups was truly rewarding. This year, over 11,000 items were donated.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>An Update on Better Source<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Better Source, our parent company, also had an outstanding year. With our leadership and team members, we doubled down on operational efficiency and continued to strengthen our commitment to sustainability. Together, we\u2019re working to expand our impact and build even stronger connections within the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Holiday Party: Celebrating Our Team<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We closed the year on a high note with our annual holiday party, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7275881069525024768\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bringing together<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> team members, partners, and clients.
